Papa Comes A Visitin', page 3
Meanwhile the Nurglings burbled gleefully as they bounced
their way through the ruins to leap all over the other Infantry squad.
While one base of Nurglings is killed, the Guardsmen are so busy screaming
'Eeew, it's all over my boot!' that two of them were ripped to pieces
by the happy little critters.

As the Guard HQ picked their way through the ruins to
support the squad fighting the Nurglings, the Hellhound rounded the corner
of the building. With that distinctive 'Click, Fwoosh!' sound we all know
and love, a tongue of flame licked out over the advancing Plague Marines.
Failing to penetrate their armour, however, the shot merely warmed them
up a little, actually making them smell a little worse...
The Armoured Fist squad worked their way into the nearby
ruins, while the Command section edged carefully away from the Sorcerer,
in the hope that he wouldn't notice them.
The Basilisk opened fire once more, with the shell falling
just short of the Chosen squad. The edges of the blast caught two of the
Terminators, but they were saved by their mighty armour. The Autocannon
Predator, also caught in the blast, wasn't as lucky, with the Autocannon
rendered useless by the explosion. Continuing with the Ordnancey goodness,
the Russ lobbed a shell towards the Plague Marines. Even their cup and
a half of full-cream gooiness wasn't up to that sort of treatment, and
3 of the pustulent minions of Papa Nurgle were torn to pieces by the blast.
The Command HQ charged in on the Nurglings, killing another
two bases, but losing two of their own in the process.

The Sorcerer calmly finished off the last of the Infantry
squad before winging his way towards the command Section...
The roll for another turn failed, but we decided to play
out one more turn, since things were really only just getting interesting.
The Lascannon Predator once more fired at the Leman Russ,
but yet again the mighty tank's armour was more than sufficient, subsequently
also shrugging off a shot from the Chosen's Reaper.
The Sorcerer called once more on the forces of the Warp,
and showed the Command Section what he had for breakfast. They didn't
approve... 2 died of revulsion, and two more were cut down as the Sorcerer
then charged, giggling inanely, into the squad. The surviving plasma gunner
was so disgusted he couldn't even stand up, let alone run away...

The surviving three bases of Nurglings were still fighting
gamely against impossible odds, with one guardsman falling as the Commissar
kicked one of the bases clear into the Warp.
Another Basilisk round landed full in the middle of the
Terminators, with one suit of armour obviously being held together more
with mucus than plasteel... The Russ's shot was less fortunate, falling
short of the Predator.

The Sorcerer mercilessly cut down the plasma gunner and
advanced into the mean and nasty HQ who were still harassing the final
two remaining bases of Nurglings. One more base was killed off, in exchange
for another Guardsmen, but the plucky little critters passed their instability
test once again.

That brought an end to turn six, which, while seemingly
a rather odd point to end the game, was unfortunately it. We leave our
valiant heroes (and those sneaky, underhanded Guardsmen) still duking
it out amidst the ruins, with a final victory points tally:

Guard: 105 ...........Chaos: 361
And there was much rejoicing:
