A collection of my professional work in the miniatures industry.

Work I have done on the Maelstrom’s Edge miniatures game. This range can be found on the Maelstrom’s Edge website here. Along with the below, I created a massive collection of tutorials and other miniature and gaming related articles for the game, which you can find linked in the Tutorials & Articles section.
Maelstrom’s Edge V2 Rulebook
The rulebook for the 2nd edition of the game’s rules. The rules were written by Jon Regul with input from the Maelstrom’s Edge team. I did all of the layout work for the book, including editing, graphic design, spot art and writing of many small fiction segments added for colour throughout the book.
Maelstrom’s Edge Epirian Contractor Drone
Sculpted in 2025. This is a multi-part plastic kit for Maelstrom’s Edge, based on previous resin versions of two variants of this robot. Producing it in plastic required completely resculpting it to allow for plastic tooling requirements. This resculpt also incorporated the weapon and support variants into a single kit.
Maelstrom’s Edge Terrain Sprue
A sprue of assorted components to use for detailing terrain. These parts can be used on scratchbuilt terrain features, or on boxes and other found objects to create functional gaming terrain. Sculpted in 2019.
Maelstrom’s Edge – Other Work
Some other kits I worked on for Maelstrom’s Edge, including some models/kits that I partially sculpted utilising components or models from other contracted sculptors.
StackRack
StackaRack is a modular plastic paint rack I designed, sculpted and launched through Kickstarter for Spiral Arm Studios. Made from injection moulded plastic, StackaRack was designed to hold paints from all of the major miniature paint manufacturers in the same modular units.
Custom Conversions
Back in the early 2000s, Under The Couch ran as a business creating custom conversions. I built one-off models that I sold on eBay, and also took on commission work.
