Star Wars Miniatures: Clone Wars Previews! September 12, 2008 at 8:21 am

Wizards of the Coast have begun showing previews of the next Star Wars Miniatures set, due out in November.

This ‘Clone Wars’ set is based, rather unsurprisingly, on the new Clone Wars cartoon, although the miniatures stick with the usual realistic sculpting style, rather than the stylised look of the cartoon.

While Obi-Wan in armour and Dooku are clearly new figures, it seems likely that the other figures shown in the starter picture are just there as a mock-up. Wizards did a similar thing for the Battle of Hoth set, keeping the actual figures included under wraps as long as possible.
